Our advice is based on extensive experience in successful projects:

New buildings

Challenges such as the NH Lyon Airport (Lyon, France), a new construction where we managed to optimize the distribution and reduce the number of FTE’s of the future hotel: reducing room types, increasing the number of meeting rooms and significantly reducing the circulation areas for employees and guests.

Conversion of a hotel building to an NH Hotel

Projects such as NH Porta Rossa (Florence, Italy), which was the oldest guest house in Italy. With our help, the owners carried out a complete renovation project, which took this 3-star hotel to one of the best 4 star hotels of the NH Collection brand.

Conversion of a non-hotel building to an NH Hotel

Projects such as the NH Amsterdam Zuid (Amsterdam, Holland), where in the same built-up sqm of the initial project provided by the promoter we managed to increase selling space by almost 20% (we went from 196 rooms to 213 and from 185 sqm M&E to 1,039 sqm).

We have the ability to turn hotels that we take over “upside-down”.

NH Hotel Group’s loyalty program, NH Rewards, won the «210 Award» for the Europe and Africa region at the Freddie Awards 2019, the most prestigious loyalty program awards in the travel industry at a worldwide level. Following its renewal in 2018, the NH Rewards program has implemented new formulas for recognizing the loyalty of its members. In fact, the «210 Award» category seeks to identify and acknowledge programs that, with moderate penetration, lead the value proposition for their customers in terms of loyalty. At this year’s event, the Freddie Awards organization has valued more than seven million votes from frequent travelers from all over the world.
