You can submit a claim for any points that have not been added to your account using the contact form at the top of this page. You have up to 3 months from your stay to submit the claim.

As a welcome to the NH Rewards program, you will receive 5 points (= 5 euros). These points will be added to your NH Rewards account after your first check-out. You will be able to redeem them when checking out at the end of your second stay. If you decide not to use them at that moment, they will remain valid for three months. Therefore, your second stay must take place within three months after your first stay as a member to be able to redeem your welcome gift points.
The validity of points depends on if they are Basic or Promotional.
Basic Points: Unless redeemed, the points that you earn during your stays are valid for 18 months from the date on which they are earned. Information about the expiry of promotional points is provided in the terms and conditions of each promotion. Promotional Points: Depending on how you earned the promotional Points, its validity will be:
- Welcome gift: 3 months
- Extra points when booking through NH Website or App: 6 months
- Promotional Points: From 3 to 6 months up to the Terms and Conditions of each campaign
If you are a Silver, Gold or Platinum client, from 23 January 2019, Basic Points will not expire, and will remain in your account until you decide to redeem them. Notwithstanding the above, in the event that your NH account is inactive during the 18 months following (that is to say, you neither accumulate nor spend basic points during the following 18 months), the entire points balance that you have in your account will revert to 0 once 18 months have elapsed since the last transaction on your account.
Everything stated in the previous paragraph for Silver, Gold and Platinum clients (extension of the expiry) applies only to current basic points, that it, those which have not been used and/or which have not expired as of 23 January 2019. More information here (link to the T&Cs)
** The majority of our rates allow you to earn and redeem NH Rewards points on your accommodation and extra services (restaurant, mini bar, parking, etc.) during your stay. However, there are some rates which allow you to earn and redeem Rewards points only if you use extra services during your stay: Group Rates, Meetings and Conventions, Flight crews, Travel Agencies, Long-stay Rates and bookings made with online travel agencies.
All rates allow redeeming points for room nights and hotel services except for group, pre-paid, long stay, meeting and conference, air crew, travel agent and employee rates. Reservations made through an online sales channel outside of the NH chain will allow redeeming points against extra services exclusively.
You will earn points for using the following services providing these are associated with a stay with a rate on which points can be earned:
You can redeem your points against overnight stays and other services any day of the year from the moment you have earned them. Please note that this does not include points earned during the stay against which you wish to redeem them.
You can redeem your points when checking out. If you do not have enough points to pay for your entire stay, the mixed payment option enables you to pay part of your invoice with your points and the remainder by cash or card. Furthermore, when you pay with points you will continue to earn them.
All rates allow earning points for room nights and hotel services except for group, meeting and conference, air crew, travel agent and employee rates. Any reservations made through an online sales channel outside of the NH chain will earn points for extra services exclusively.
- Overnight stay services: you can use your points to pay for services related to your stay, such as the mini bar and room service, providing these are not associated with group, crew, wholesale or tourist voucher rates.
- Restaurant Services: providing you are staying at one of the hotels participating in the programme, you can use your points to pay for restaurant services offered by the hotels participating in the NH Hotel Group Rewards programme. This does not include restaurant services for groups, sports teams or companies, food and drink associated with events, special occasions or conventions.
- Other services: as long as you are staying at one of the hotels participating in the programme, you can use your points to pay for additional services directly provided by NH, such as parking, high-speed Wi-Fi, connection to the Business Center, pay TV and telephone, providing these are not associated with events.
Yes, there is a minimum redemption amount of 10 points (=10 € of expense) required to pay with points
