No. There is no associated cost with NH+ membership. The program is free for companies and the self-employed.

NH+ is the new business program for companies and substitutes the NH Hotel Group Benefit Program for Companies. If you were a member of NH Hotel Group Benefit Program for Companies, your membership has automatically been transferred to NH+ so you can enjoy your new benefits.

To ensure you always get the best price, we always offer you the discount that your category allows on the flexible rates, but also, in the case of an existing promo, the possibility to choose the promo rate with an additional 5%. That way, you can always choose the best available rate.

No. The 2 discounts are not cumulative. You will need to choose the rate and the discount you want to book during the booking process.

Yes, of course. We will take into account all the nights already spent in one of our hotels. Your category status will be upgraded accordingly.

Yes, all the room nights will be taken into account independently of the booking channel. But to enjoy your category benefits, you will need to do the booking through our NH professional Online Booking Tool.

Every month we will analyze the number of nights spent to upgrade your category. Remember that you need to spend the night and not just book it to have it taken into account.

When you reach a new category, you will receive a communication via email that will inform you of your category.

Your new benefits will automatically be uploaded in your account, and you will be able to enjoy them when you login to our Online Booking Tool.

All those benefits are part of your advantages whether you book online or not.

Yes, you can cancel one or several bookings, without any extra charge, depending on the cancelation policy indicated in the booking confirmation.

No. Your company rates, from the NH+ program, are not compatible with your 5% discount from NH Rewards. To book your NH+ discounts you need to book through your professional access https://www.nh-hotels.com/nhcompanies/yourspace and to book your NH Rewards rates you need to book via you individual account at https://www.nh-hotels.com. However, if you are a member of NH Rewards and NH+, you will still accumulate your NH Rewards points when booking a NH+ rate.
